I’ll never order from this establishment. I ignorantly let the florist choose something for my moms 85th bday stating only that she really likes pink and purple. Go to town in fact charge me more if you wish to go all out. They choose to send a fall arrangement!! Look at the photo, what about them says birthday or festive or heck so happy you’re 85 mom!? They look like what you’d bring to grandmas for Thanksgiving! Who does that??? Clearly they don’t read what one writes in the online order submission. I live in Texas and wanted to use a local business. I’d been better off just going through Amazon!!

I am quite disappointed with my order. I ordered 2 medium arrangements for my graduating niece and her mom. I specifically asked for the graduates arrangement to be her school colors...red white and blue. The blue is the vase and the flowers were carnations and mum's. Not a lot of thought went into that. The mom's arrangement I asked specifically for roses and daisies. Roses are expensive so I guess I can understand why there was only 1. The rest was carnations and mum's. Does Lisa not know what a daisy is. If she didn't have any, she should have told me so. Very disappointed especially for the cost.

Update 1/21/26 - Accents knocked it out of the park again!!! I asked for a beautiful red, white and blue arrangement for the memorial service of my best friend's dad who was a veteran. She was completely blown away by the arrangement... her exact words were "ginormous" and "freaking gorgeous!" Thank you for once again doing an amazing job showing my loved ones how much I care for them with your outstanding work!! I used Accents for a couple of online orders for plant deliveries in Neosho and Seneca, and was SO pleased! You really never know what you're going to get when you do an online order and I hate using the chain florist sites. Accents website is easy to use, their prices are right and the quality was even better than I expected. They have such a wide variety of plants that I didn't find with any other local florist. I would highly recommend based on this experience.

Coming from working in a florist and myself a designer. This arrangement is beautiful! When my door rang and I opened it…I had tears in my eyes. If your looking to give to your love one a floral arrangement in Southwest MO, do call Accents Floral & Gifts. They have an eye for design and all flowers, even fillers are placed “PERFECTLY”. They really deserve 10 Stars…thank you for a beautiful arrangement.
